Provider of payment services maintains the consumer’s payment account in accordance with the contract concluded, so as to enable the consumer to use funds in the payment account and services connected to the payment account. |

The payer initiates with its provider of payment services transfer of funds in dinars from its payment account to the account of receiver. |

Cashless transfer of funds in euros from EUR current account |
The payer initiates with its provider of payment services transfer of funds in EUR from its EUR current account to the account of receiver. |

Receipt of funds from abroad to EUR current account |
Provider of payment services credits funds in EUR to the consumer’s EUR account, against a payment transaction initiated by a foreign payer. |

E-Banking |
Provider of payment services provides the consumer with services connected with payment account, using appropriate application software on the computer. |

Mobile Banking |
Provider of payment services provides the consumer with services connected with payment account, using appropriate application software on the mobile telecommunication device. |

Standing Order |
Provider of payment services, as per instructions of the consumer, executes regular periodic transfers of funds specified in advance from the consumer’s account to another account. |

Direct Debit |
The payee initiates transfer of funds from consumer’s account to its account, as per the approval the consumer provided to that payee, its own provider of payment services or the payee’s provider of payment services. Based on such initiated payment transaction, the consumer’s provider of payment services transfers funds to the payee on the date or dates agreed between the consumer and payee, whereby funds transferred are usually in variable amount. |

Issuing Cheques |
Provider of payment services issues to the consumer a cheque with which the consumer can approve execution of payment transaction from his account. |

Issuing debit card |
Provider of payment services issues payment card to consumer connected with the consumer’s account. With the issued debit card, the consumer can pay for goods and services and/or withdraw cash at ATMs and counters of the provider of payment services up to the amount available in the account, which may also include overdraft. |

Issuing credit card |
Provider of payment services issues credit card connected with the consumer’s account. Credit card allows usage of credit funds provided by provider of payment services, in accordance with the contract concluded, so that the payment account is debited for the total amount of card transactions in full or partially on the agreed date. Provider of payment services can accrue and collect interest from the consumer in accordance with the contract on issuing and using the card. |

Cash payment using payment card |
Consumer withdraws cash using debit card and/or credit card connected with payment account, on ATM and/or counter of provider of payment services in the Republic of Serbia and/or abroad. |

Payment by credit card on the point of sale |
Consumer pays for goods and services using credit cards connected with payment account at retailer’s point of sale in the Republic of Serbia and/or abroad. |

Overdraft |
Based on the Overdraft Agreement, provider of payment services makes available the agreed amount of funds to the consumer’s account, that can be used by consumer when there is no available funds in his account. Overdraft Agreement specifies the highest amount that the consumer can use, as well as fees and interest if collected by the provider of payment services. |
