HALKBANK enables the consumer of payment services, a legal entity and entrepreneur, with no fee, to change a payment account in the same currency if it is or has been opened with a new provider of payment services, on the basis of the Authorisation for change of the account submitted by the consumer of payment service in a written form. The payment account can be made with or without termination of the account with the prior provider of payment services.
In the delivered Authorisation for the account change, the consumer of payment service provides instructions and consent to the Bank to transfer funds to the account of the new provider of payment services (available positive balance).
