Due to the upcoming holidays, we hereby inform you about amended working hours of HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade branches. 

On Tuesday, January 6, 2026 (Christmas Eve) the Bank’s business units will operate with a minimum level of service, according to the following schedule: 

- Belgrade - Knez Mihailova:          8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

- Čačak - Pivarska Branch:              8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

- Niš – Obrenovićeva Branch:         8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

- Novi Sad - Novi Sad 1:                   8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

- Kragujevac - Kragujevac Branch: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

In all other cities, business units will also operate with a minimum level of service from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

A minimum level of branch operation will be ensured with the engagement of the necessary number of employees.

Domestic payments submitted in paper form will be executed in line with the shortened branch working hours.
- Payment transactions in RSD initiated via electronic and mobile banking (eBanking and mBanking) will be available under the regular regime.
- The Bank will accept foreign payment orders, allocate incoming foreign currency payments, and perform foreign currency purchase and sale transactions until 11:30 a.m. for paper-based orders (requests), and no later than 2:00 p.m. for electronic orders, in order for such transactions to be processed and executed on the same day.

On Wednesday, 7 January 2026 (Orthodox Christmas – public holiday):

- The Bank’s branches and sub-branches will not operate.
- Execution of domestic payments via eBanking and mBanking, up to RSD 300,000, marked as INSTANT, will be available through the IPS system of the National Bank of Serbia.
